Road

Transporting partial or full loads, hazardous (ADR) or not, urgent or with other special needs, throughout the whole of Europe using our own equipment or regionally specialized partners. Using a central planning department in Weert communication lines are short and the chance of misunderstandings is null. Through our transportmanagementsystem and our track and trace & communication systems it’s possible to get the status of your shipment at any given time.
With our own equipment Wetron is daily active in the Benelux, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, UK and Spain. Transport to and from other European countries can be taken care of by Wetron for you through our network of professional specialized partners with proven service levels.

Wetron has equipment for conventional loads (25 ton) as well as for volume transport (100-120 m3). Furthermore Wetron develops, in cooperation with its customers, special cargo units which can render savings on the total of logistic costs. Examples of these innovative developments are: isolated swap bodies and megatrailers for open and canopy transport. The latest development is a lightweight trailer, making heavier loads possible.

Rail

The rising costs of road transportation (wages, toll, fuel) and the increasing attention for the environment have lead to developing alternatives like a combination of transport on road and rail.
As such we can offer customers a traditional solution or an intermodal alternative. Through this mix of services Wetron is able to provide customers the best and most efficient solution for every situation.
The eventual choice is of course up to the customer.

Wetron differentiates itself in the market by offering an intermodal solution for volume products (100 m3 or 116 m3). We also offer the possibility to load more per cargo (29 tons). All this with an excellent price-quality ratio.

At the moment Wetron can offer intermodal services to and from Italy, Barcelona, Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava and a number of destinations in Germany.

Volume Transport

Since years Wetron has applied itself to transporting volume goods. Packing products, insulation materials and goods with a big volume and limited weight fall in this segment.

Through traditional road transport as well as intermodal transport we can offer a solution for your volume transport (up to 120 m3). Wetron stands out in the market for this.

The load units can all be transported by road and by rail. This creates enormous flexibility where the customer gets the option to switch between various modes of transport depending on his or her wishes.

Megatrailers (105 m3), groot volume combinaties (120 m3) en volume swap bodies (115 m3) mean more volume per transport and therefor less transports. Environmentally friendly and cost saving!

Warehousing

In Weert Wetron has over 30000 m2 of modern, secured and heated warehousing facilities. Professional staff take care of safe, clean and damage free storage and handling of your goods.

Wetron also offers countless ways to add value to your goods. Repacking, assembling, labeling, sealing and distributing are just a few examples of our value added services.

Our warehouses are set up in a way that it’s possible to store both goods on pallet or without, in bulk or scaffolding. Wetron can support you with short term, seasonal or long term storage.

For dedicated warehousing Wetron is also the right address for you. If need be we can even design and build contracted facilities for you tailored specifically to your needs and demands. In our current setup it’s also possible to use office space in the warehouse, guaranteeing the physical and visual contact with your goods.

Oversea Containers

Importing or exporting 20, 40 ft or highcube containers overseas to or from for example China, the rest of Asia, North and South Americas and Africa can be handled by Wetron. Wetron has the knowledge, expertise, means and experience to handles this kind of transport for you from door to door.
Customs handling, before and after transport, booking, dock activities and in combination with our warehouse, the repacking, labeling, assembly and distribution are but some of the options. In 2007 alone Wetron has handled over 2500 containers for its customers.

Wetron has the option to transport these containers by road, but also offers cheaper alternatives such as inland water transport or rail, where the running time is a bit longer.
